  Non-fried instant noodle production line is a complete set of equipment to produce healthy and environmental instant noodles based on non- high temperature fried technology .

Characteristics of non-fried instant noodle production line: 

  1.Adopting the high temperature rapid vaporization drying technology , the rehydration and gelatinization of non-fried instant noodle has meet the requirement of brewing instant noodles. The shortcomings of large investment & high energy consumption in this field has been significantly improved. 

  2.Since the steam-chip technology has replaced the traditional process, the non-fried instant noodles rehydration time is greatly reduced (only 2 to 4 minutes), especially for producing wide non-fried instant noodles. 

  3.The content of fat is only 4% to 5% (fried instant noodles general at around 20%), which is close to dough and the taste is light. 

  4.Designed by Mr Cen Junjian , the chairman of Chinese Rice Products Association & Famous food machinery and non-standard equipment experts , the technology has obtained inventive patent.
